Porter app - Package collected but not delivered

Porter sent their partner to collect our items for pickup from Bangalore to be delivered in Pune. Wen asked how to pay the partner **% we were instructed to put the money in the Porter app and it would be done automatically. We did this. The partner left with our goods although Porter never paid him. We called Porter over ** times. And emailed them. They dropped the phone, refused to help and finally the next day canceled our delivery in their app. Now the delivery partner is holding our goods hostage for *,***rs and ***rs more per day and Porter has *,***rs o our money just sitting in the Porter Wallet. Neither will help or respond.
