Porter app - Non Delivery of room shifting service by Porter Causing Mental and Financial Harassment and false pr

On August **, ****, I booked Porter’s packers and movers service for shifting my room (Booking ID: PNM********). The scheduled partner failed to arrive at the designated time. When I attempted to reschedule, I found no option to change the time in the Porter app, which was highly inconvenient. I contacted Porter’s customer care multiple times between * PM and * PM, but was repeatedly told the issue would be resolved “soon,” with no action taken. These false promises wasted * hours of my time, caused significant mental distress, and disrupted my shifting plans.Due to this I had to cancel my * appointment of patients which made me loss of ₹*****.
