Porter App - Non Delivery of the document

I am facing an issue regarding my shipment from Delhi to Hyderabad with above mentioned CRN number.
Yesterday, Porter delivery person was to deliver the document at the address, however it wasnt delivered. Porter delivery called me up and took an OTP without any information, when I asked him to redirect the document to my friend at Hyderabad.
Porter delivery agent plus their manager informed me that they will redirect the document to my friend.
However, they called my friend at around *pm yesterday ie on **st Aug **** & informed her that they cannot get the document delivered. Upon checking the status now, I am seeing that the document is being returned to me, without my knowledge.
Can you look into this matter at the earliest, as Porter has accepted the package after I entered the complete address for delivery. If Porter was unable to deliver it, why was my order accepted in the *st place? The order contains important legal documents which are time bound for delivery.
