Glowroad - Package cannot return

I have order a wirless bluetooth neckbandin glowroad app, I received the product and I paid the amount,when I open the box and checked the product,in the box they said *.wireless bluetooth neckband,*.USB cable but I received only wireless bluetooth neckband there is no USB cable,so I tried to return the product but in glowroad app the product was cancelled on **th july but I received the product on **th july still no respond from glowroad centre,they say that send the mail to care@glowroad.com,I send the mail with full deatils about the issues still now no respone about the product,please take action on glowroad.
