Glowroad - Wrong Product Delivered and No Return No Refund

Hi, a product was ordered in * pcs quantity and later we found both orders were split into * orders out of which one was not delivered and other one was delivered but when open packet wrong product was there to which we already have shared video and photos of unboxing packet (shared and raised complaint via email but after ** days still no result) as we were in a doubt for first time ordering to new company. Now the seller is not taking back the product and our money is theft, feel we are cheated, and this may be new scam of such sellers by sending wrong product and earn easy money. The amount is small, but still I thought voice should be raised as they are using amazon brand name, and we trusted via amazon name.
