This is regarding the Hathway Cable in NIT-* Faridabad area with your authorized Vedu/Sonu Cable operator.
We observed issue with our set-up box on **th Nov. It was showing "insert card issue". We complaint to our cable operator regarding that.
He suggested to change the box or get it repaired but before doing anything suggested, we cleaned it and tried again. It worked fine for us and therefore, we informed the cable operator.
Till the time we informed the operator, it was working fine. The time i informed him, my card stopped working after few minutes and it is stating message as " Please contact your cable operator as your channel is not subscribed" even though i have a complete package till the end of this month.
I tried to contact him but his response was not ethical as he said we need to take new set-up box with new card. Which was never informed to us as my card was perfectly working.
I also complained to Hathway Nodal officer and Appellate regarding this but they didnt find any resolution on this. Infact blamed us for this.
They can't even say anything to cable operators. I don't know whether Hathway is big or the ego of local cable operator which hathway team is satisfying.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
