BloomsVilla - Package and service not delivered

On Feb ** **** at *:**pm, I placed an order for same day *hr delivery. I specifically chose them because they promised same day delivery on their website and also charged Rs *** extra for the same day delivery.
After multiple followups and requests I got no response from them. By *Pm they still had no reponse. So, I had to buy again from another store paying once more.
I followed with them on the next day ** Feb**** for a refund, but they replied in online "Cannot cancel order, will be delivered soon"
From then on I have been continuously following up with them but with no proper reply.
On Feb **' **** they sent a mail saying "Thank you for purchasing with us. Your order has been successfully delivered', which was completely false update. When I objected they replied with "Sorry for the inconvenience, due to valentine week, there will be a
delay, but we will resolve your problem as soon as possible"
I asked for refund again and then they changed the order status to "Hold"
They have not been responding to my querries since then.
I deeply disturbed and fear that I am being scammed like this online and will not be able to get back my hard earned money back.
I am seeking a full refund of the paid amount and an apology from this company.
