Sir , i had sent my samsung smart tv from Lalganj ajhara ,pratapgarh to Vasco da gama ,south goa, through DTDC service that is running by Abhishek Shukla in Lalganj ajhara .I recieved my tv in broken condition ,now i am saying to him to pass my claim then he is not doing job regarding this.Plz help me.
