Shoppers Stop - Pack not delivered refund not processed

Shopper’s Stop online platform.
Placed an order on *th October ****, the order was not delivered hence I requested for a cancellation and refund.
Called multiple times, written over mail reached out to grievance redressal cell but all are asking to wait for **hours.
By waiting for innumerable ** hours today is almost *** days still issue not resolved not responsed. The amount is trivial so no importance is been shown.
Please help me out.
