I recharge ********** on **th sept ****. One owas of *** at *:** pm aprx and one of *** at *:** aprx.
*** pack was valid till ** oct **** and after *** recharge it was mentioned that it will after *** pack is over i.e from ** oct till ** nov ****.
Airtel thanks app was also showing *** pack is activated and *** is upcoming pack which will work from ** oct.
On ** oct till ** am I was waiting for the internet to work but nothing works, i asked for wifi and checked on thanks app and it was showing *** pack expired.
As i had urgent work so i recharge again of rs *** on ** oct in morning aprx *:** am.
Now this *** which I recharge today is activated but the recharge of *** which I did on ** sept is not working.
I talked on costumer care no and they are saying we did re recharge talk to vendor.
No proper reply from them.
This recharge whixh u did todya will expire on ** nov ****.
If that old one would have worked then my validity will extend upton dec due to days recharge but today recharge is showing valid upto nov only.
Please help me to get my moneg refund.
