I did two recharges of Rs *** through Airtel Thanks App for another number, but instead of crediting to the target number, it's credited to my account. Again the two packs of Rs *** didn't activate after the expiration of my current pack of Rs *** though it is reflected/shown ACTIVE in Airtel Thanks App Hence currently I can't make any call or send any SMS. But it's still Active in my Airtel Thanks App.
NB: The expiration date should also be ** June, **** not ** June, **** coz my Rs *** pack expired on ** June, ****.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
