Airtel India - issue with airtel 5g data unlimited commitment

I recently upgraded my plan to take advantage of the *G data unlimited offer. As per the terms and conditions provided, I understood that after exhausting the initial *.* GB data limit, I would still be able to enjoy unlimited data at *G speeds.
However, I have noticed that after surpassing the *.* GB limit, my data speed significantly decreases, making it difficult for me to carry out my daily tasks and access the internet seamlessly. This slowdown in data speed is contrary to the commitment made by Airtel regarding unlimited *G data.
I have tried troubleshooting the issue by restarting my device and checking for any network-related problems, but the problem persists. I have also confirmed with friends who are also Airtel customers that they are facing the same issue after exceeding the data limit.Airtel's customer care every time tells that *G facility is not available in your area right now, whereas this *G only works up to my *.* GB data limit.
