I asked delivery partner to cancel my order of AJIO with order id FN********** as I was not available at my destination. In return he asked me for Otp to cancel my order and within * minutes i received a message that ur order has been delivered although I was unavailable..I make several calls to delivery partner as well as shadow fax team regarding my order but all my efforts goes into vain..The order was supposed to be delivered at Gandhinagar Tiptur Karnataka ****** ..I request u to help me out otherwise I m gonna raise a police complaint as well by tomorrow.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
