I booked the oyo *** swarg guest house for *th August (for one day) thru GOIBIBO(booking Id - HTLQXK*MFT), when I called the hotel I was told that since I paid the online payment you will not be allowed to checkin.. I called the goibibo customer support and they told that a ticket has been raised and someon will call me .. I tried calling them (after being in call lines for ** mins) and after getting connected every time I was told that someone would call me with resolution..I kept waiting for **pm then booked another hotel myself but no one responded I sent email as well but no responded as I am writing this at *:** am on *th Aug ****
