OYO **** Hotel Paris Residency
I had done room booking in the above mentioned Oyo hotel via agoda site for date Sep ** - Sep **, **** .
When reached hotel ended up knowing that they don't have any booking with this id.
Upon mentioning the booking platform, Oyo reception person mentioned that Oyo and Agoda tie up is now ended and they didn't allow me into hotel for check-in.
Called both Oyo and Agoda customer cares, but didn't receive any proper response neither any action on refund.
I want my money to be refunded. Looking out for quick help.
