Booked Oyo room Marvel Town House Visakhapatnam via Oyo application made payment and when reached hotel they denied checkin stated no rooms available. Called customer care reported situation they cancelled and advised I will get refund but now they are saying all the taken as cancellation charges.If they are not able to provide accommodation why customer has to pay cancellation charges.Please help to get refund

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
