I booked in Oyo ***** for * adults and * room (for my parents) in name of Kanaiyalal (my father) but when my parents reached there hotel manager denied to check in as they have broke collaboration with Oyo and if you want to check in hotel offline than you have to pay **** Rs. per room so **** Rs. for * adults and * room.
Then I cancelled that booking and made a second booking at OYO ***** and made online payment of Rs. **** but when my parents reach to Oyo ***** than there also manager denied booking and not allowed to Oyo customers in Oyo *****.
In between all these scenarios, I made lots of call to Oyo customers but for every call, they put on hold and don't get any proper answer. So at finally at **.** p.m my parents need to check-in in hotel offline mode by giving extra amount **** Rs.
Due to Oyo my parents sucks in trouble at late night in an unknown city, need to go Oyo ***** to Oyo ***** and still need to book offline by giving extra money. So please request Oyo to compensate all inconvenience to me and my parents.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
