I am getting this issue faced **%. Booking oyo and after doing the payment to oyo the owner of property denies cheak ins saying we dont take online bookings and after that customer support doent solve the issue they just say hold the line and Don't disconnect calls. I didnt get any refund or shifting to a different property.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
