I had pre-paid this amount for the booking of my hotel room from the OYO Rooms App. when I reached the hotel the next day for my check-in, the hotel manager denied me from checking-in.. He said they are not accepting online bookings as of now. But I had already paid the booking amount online.. so he told me to contact OYO customer support to get the refund.. and I have been trying that but nobody is helping me.. they just keep repeating the same sentences like “we are sorry this happened to you” or “ you will get your refund” and then they just disconnect the call.. same thing has been happening from * days. I returned back from the hotel desk itself and had cancelled the booking from the App saying that the manager has denied my check-in .. and the app also showed I will get my refund.. But I haven’t till now.
The amount of time I wasted travelling to the hotel and the time it took to plan that rendezvous.. then after that the time I spent on calls with OYO agents who were of no help. Its all been so frustrating.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
