I recently stayed in a hotel booked through oyo app. The hotel charged ne extra cash apart from the payment made through oyo. They said low tarriff and charged me extra cash. I made two bookings. For Booking ID XB*N****, I paid extra amount of Rs.****. For Booking ID ESFY****, I Paid extra amount of Rs.***.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
