I booked a hotel under them paid once through online and at the time of check into the when hotel they denied.booking id- GJAE****. total * times i paid it and from oyo support team it was told to me that my payment that i gave them through online will be refunded in * -** days. also mailed it.i am attaching it here . but after * th day i was upset for not having the payment but when i called them then they were telling that your refund is declined for some reasons or technical or could be for our policies. i don't know which type of policies they are talking about . First of all a client is paying * times trusting on them. client is denied to check in and after * days they are telling your refund is denied. They have started this type of harassment with clients. it will be a big mistake if anyone pay double time and keep faith on them. Oyo should increase room rent rather than begging like this and cheating with clients. I don't have any hope to be refunded may be from this platform i could get some help.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
