* rd of Aug I booked hotel * rooms for poorv location
When I reached that place & hotel around **.** pm, no one was available to contact it's like empty building .
The number provided by oyo was invalid number as per vodafone n airtel
I called oyo after aprox * min of waiting call got connected customer care person
After explained complete incident person said we will connect you with senior assistant, after *-** min call dropped..
This *-* times at mid night **.- **.**am
Finally oyo said ll book new booking in new hotel but You have to pay again
I said pls do that I don't have any other options I m new here and outside so much rain is happening.
Oyo booked new hotel
I reached there same case no one is available to assist, no one at reception..
After ** min struggle, I was able contact room boy
After check-in I got to knw oyo booked room for next day not for today night..
This all was happening at *.** to * am
I want to send them a legal notice for this harassment , kindly request you to pls guide me on this...
