Vinod Kumar Reddy filed complaint against OYO on Jul 15, 2019
I booked few rooms through OYO on April **** to check in on June *th. When i went to check in hotel management denied my check-in as their agreement with OYO terminated in May ****. I raised a complaint regarding the same on June **th **** to get refund on those bookings.
Later, i followed up with the customer care through mails, calls and chatting but, got the same answer "complaint forwarded to the concern department will get back to you soon". Later got one call and initiated refund and said will be get my amount within *-** days. It almost ** days till now didn't get my money nor proper response.
They updated in their database as i check out those rooms which i didn't even check-in and even after i raised my complaint . I almost made call to them about ** times and said the same story to every guy but they simply say "transferring the call" but no one respond after ** mins call will get disconnect.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
