Hello,
I have * bad experience with Oyo due to which I have to incur lot of additional charges and was stranded at night with my fiance coz Oyo booked me a hotel which is under construction and it was *rd Aug wen trains were stopped due to heavy rains

I booked this hotel and unfortunately paid using my credit card on *nd. Then *rd the trains were cancelled due to heavy rain and I booked Uber reached kalyan and while reaching hotel NX with my fiance at **pm I call hotel to ask for directions and was told that hotel is under renovation. Don't come.
This is ridiculous. Me and my Fiance were stranded and stayed at Hotel Sagar paying double the money I paid in Oyo.
I asked for refund and till now my refund has not been done. I was good enough not to ask for compensation but after so much struggle complaining to Oyo and such a bad experience I had at night time with my fiance I want my compensation.

I booked on ** Aug and then got a WhatsApp n sms today that due to some unavoidable circumstances booking has been cancelled.
Now I check all the good resorts prices r high.
What is this ?
* times in * week I got cheated by Oyo.
You show low prices and we book then cancel so we have to pay more for other hotel ?
Coz of this my holidays r spoiled. We cancelled the holiday coz all hotels are expensive. My fiance and I decided to delete the Oyo app permanently.
Please cancel my silver membership booking and refund all my money along with compensation.
I am waiting to escalate this issue on Google as well as social media. I also have phone call recorded while I spoke to Hotel NX and hotel saying how OYO took booking wen all rooms r under renovation. I'm really annoyed.
Please reply me now and fix my holiday booking on **th. I don't want to stay home. The hotels selected by Oyo in replacement to this resort r cheap hotels. I want a proper resort.
