Dishal filed complaint against OYO on Aug 29, 2022
The room booking was for Rs. **** (id - O*T*****)
I had paid it online
It was non refundable
But when we go to the hotel the owner says it is lesser price and that they never gives rooms to this amount
He also adds he has not checked us in.
While calling the OYO customer care he says that he's not able to convince the owner and that they'll refund the amount after check out. So after check out when we report this issue to the customer service they cut the call. Why is such a big brand allowed to cheat like this in plain sight? Do they even have character?

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
