I have booked OYO
(booking id CTM*****).on *nd January **** for hotel suns rise chandigarh , at first the hotel denied booking saying they have taken booking offline and they dont have any more room left. after talking to customer care executive he has shifted me to other hotel. the hotel condition was very pathetic , after going there i told them i have done online payment..
on second hotel also person denied checkin saying your payment is online , oyo doesnot pay us-- and started abusing badly to oyo--maa **** bhen *** etc etc.
i called again to executive he asked me to wait for some time and he will call the hotel , the hotel person in front of me only didnt pick there call saying maa ****** sale pese dete nhi me nhi utha rha phone.
then i have called * times to oyo for refund again and again they cancelled my refund.
at last they sent me a mail of *** rs and then said again they have some problem.
i am mentally harassed by them with much intensity. called *-* times with **-**-*hour of time talking.
