No Broker - Owners contact getting as promised

I purchased a plan on no broker for **** on *th morning. I tried to get owners contact number as I was looking for apartment on rent in Chennai. They told me my account will be active only after ** hrs I waited for it and wasted my one day in house hunting. Even after **hrs account was not active. Since *th morning I called them so many times they kept telling me technical issues on their end. Then I noticed my email is wrong on file called so many times its still not fixed. Wasted my *th also coordinating with no broker. The problem is when I click on contact owner it shows phone number sent on email and on your registered mobile number which is correct on file. I am getting all the marketing texts on my registered mobile number but not getting any contact numbers for rental property. Please help me to get my refund. I stayed here for * nights to hunt for houses wasted my serviced apartment rent too. This ** hrs activation process was not informed in advance when their agents were calling me sign up.
