I booked an international roaming pack before going on a ** day trip to europe. I couldnt use my internet for even one second while on the trip, I complained from there to airtel as well. Yet, when I received the bill, they claim that I used **** worth of extra internet. I didnt even use it to send a whatsapp message. And there was no sms from airtel about overusage or anything which there should be. These cheats and frauds deserve the losses coming to them from SC.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
