PALLAB MUKHERJEE filed complaint against SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED on Oct 9, 2019
This is a complaint against Samsung Electronics India private limited for fraudulent selling of goods without M.R.P not meant for retail sale. Samsung product part number GH**-*****A mobile phone battery purchased on ** August **** from Samsung Authorized Service Center located at A-*** Okhla Industrial Area, Phase *, New Delhi ******. The Samsung product clearly mentions " NOT FOR RETAIL SALE " however the product was sold as per the attached Invoice number *******A****** at a cost of INR ****.** which is illegal. The product mentioned is “Not for retail sale” and cannot be sold at a cost. Secondly, there was an overcharge of INR **.** for labor costs without providing any additional service. There was no product that was serviced/repaired or replaced so this charge of INR **.** is a fraud charge.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
