Hi, My online order No: *********** is not being delivered. There is no update on delivery from **th August ****. There is no resolution from Samsung customer support and neither from their delivery Partner Delhivery. Delhivery [Tracking no: *************] even told me to ask seller[Samsung] about the delivery and Delhivery will provide details to them. This is no less than a harassment. Last delivery status was "out for delivery" on **th August **** morning and after that nobody knows anything. Since **th August **** Samsung tracking is showing that the product is out for delivery but it is never delivered to me. I kindly request to immediately deliver my product otherwise immediately refund my money as I am no more interested in your product given the delay and harassment I have to go through.
