Bought a Samsung **-inch TV from Flipkart on ** Oct ****(Delivered on **th Oct). Once the item was delivered, and a Samsung engineer came for a visit, the display of the TV was found damaged during installation. On reaching out to Flipkart, they asked to reach out to Samsung. On reaching out to Samsung, they redirected me back to Flipkart, and then Flipkart mentioned that they wouldn't be able to proceed further until Samsung provided a Denial letter from their end.
