Mukta Arora filed complaint against OLA cab on May 16, 2022
The issue that I have experienced was: I had travelled by OLA cab in March **, **** from West Delhi to Gurugram. I tried adding cash to my wallet using the Ola application and it landed me on POSTPAID page and it was not allowing to change the payment method during my entire trip as it says "something happened, please try later" and hence I paid cash to the driver as per the amount Ola app was showing Ra. ***/- along with Rs. **/- a tip. After I completed my trip, OLA strated sending me emails for overdue payments. As per OLA, the driver support is beyond their control and they want me to share video, picture of the payment made to the driver

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
