Ola Cab - Overcharged by Driver charged higher than the billed rate

I booked an Ola cab from Sanpada to Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport at *.** a.m. on *.*.**** (Wednesday). The estimated fare shown at the time of booking was around Rs.*** and the bill came around to Rs. *** (Rs. *** + toll Rs. ** + advance booking fee Rs. **). However, the driver forcibly took Rs. ****/- from me justifying that he took a longer route. Even if we had to pay Rs. ****, the same was not depicted in the invoice nor was it reflected in the break up of fare. When we enquired with the driver we were told that Ola will never give breakup for the extra amount charged due to change of route.
Request you to kindly look into this, and take appropriate action against the driver so that he doesn't get to hoodwink other people by giving false justifications.
