Dear Sir/Madam,
We have * Vodafone/Idea Corporate numbers in the name of Luthra Hospitals Pvt Ltd. Since the past couple of months we are receiving an exaggerated amount in our postpaid bill from you.
We have noticed that postpaid plans of almost all the mobile numbers have been upgraded without our knowledge and consent.
Earlier we use to get a total amount in invoice as Rs ****, but now we getting it Rs ****.*.
We are shocked and upset with this & want you to correct our past two bills. We are wondering if this could have happened if we would have chosen another operator for all our corporate numbers. We want you to adjust the excess amount charged in our next bill so as to be fair with us.
Expecting your reply with corrective action at the earliest.
