Rishi dembla filed complaint against Ola Cabs on May 24, 2019
I have taken an Ola cab from Pune ( Bhairoba Nala ) to Imagica on **-*-**. At the time of booking the fare was ****. When I reached Imagica the fare I paid was Rs. **** + *** ( toll tax ) = ****.
On asking the driver he told me to contact Ola customer care. Ola sent me a receipt in which the amount was Rs. **** which included Rs. *** as driver allowance + Rs. *** as extra distance covered. Whereas at the time of booking I clearly selected my hotel which was already available on the list and that too just opp to Imagica. So how can they take Rs *** extra? On calling the Ola helpline the attendant says that we charge Rs *** as driver allowance when the distance is beyond *** km. Whereas mine was just ** km and that too before ** pm. As clearly mentioned in ola rules that before ** pm driver allowance is not charged. Now its already been * days and still Ola people just say that we are working on it and nothing else. It's sheer cheating and fooling of a customer as such irrelevant charges can't be levied. In proof, I just have a ticket no "*********" from Ola where all the data is available. It's not just a question of refund but cheating and fooling of innocent people.
