I booked a ola ride for visit to a Doctor at near by my house around * km on **th December **** from my residence at yellanahalli through my mobile app to a near by Diagnostic clinic which is less than * kmts from my place in Bangalore on **th December **** at **.** AM and auto came . Initially the auto came around **.** am and charge was showing ** and IT CHANGED TO ** . As auto came and we traveled to the clinic which is actually *.* km from my flat . W hen i was trying to make payment of ** the driver told the bill is ** and shown in in his app and i paid rs ** through my google account as i do not have change.
I TRIED TO COMPLAIN BY E MAIL TO support @olacabs.com . .THE MAIL RETURNED SAYING ADDRESSE NOT FOUND .
FOR A TRAVEL BY AUTO IN BANGALORE FOR *.* KMTS THE CHARGES WILL BE AROUND ** RS AND CHARGED AMOUNT IS ** WHICH IS NEARLY *** TIMES ACTUAL .
IS IT REASONABLE I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN OF ** YEARS OLD . CAN YOU HELP ?
