I used to pay Electricity bill amount Rs **** Rupees for now amount is ***** Rs there is no way to get in touch with the customer service department I have paid all the bills online from March suddenly I have received a bill amount of Rs ***** This is *times higher i have paid all the bills on the time even than u send the bill amount is much higher than my usage

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
