the charge mentioned when I booked and till reached the destination ***rs. They stopped the online payment in the app when the cab is reaching near to the location.
Once the ride over at the destination the generated amount is ***rs to pay in cash instead of ***rs .
If the customer is not paid online in app while in the ride they are stopping the payment service in app just before reaching to destination and they converting the payment method from online to offline (cash) by overcharging .
They Making a Customer helpless

and overcharging the price
