E-ticket reference - *************C* – Travel date – Dec -**-****. Economy flexi saver class include (change fee )
Passenger Name : Senthamarai Kannan Swaminathan
From - To : Toronto - Cochin
After I had to reschedule my travel to Dec-** for support father medical surgery so I contact Air India support number
On Dec-** between * to * am Eastern time , the agent attended the call took all the information about the travel
Itinerary ( Ticket PNR , Locations, etc ) and told me reschedule done and updated in the system. I went to Airport
In next * hr approx. *:** am EST. The ticket counter agent told me they had issues in the Air India online portal
and my change request is not reflected . Further I asked to upgrade my ticket to business class valued *** $ to board the flight.
We had back to back conversation Gurgaon Support care and local Air India staff at Toronto. As a final agreement
I told to contact Air india e-commerce and other Toll numbers once I reach the final destination to get the refund of
Force upgrade.
Tried reaching all the support number and complaints boards in last ** days but no luck . Sometimes the support
Agents talking rude and neglect about the request and placing the call on hold for more than ** mins just simply to
Pass time and mentioning there is no escalation available in Air India (Really wondering how the biggest Air carrier service
Operating without any supervision of Ground agent response to loyal customers)

The support agent over the phone sent us the link to pay (Rs : INR *****) and we did completed the payment
procedure and informed the support care. They issued the ticket for my daughter only but we didn’t notice after
reaching the airport only told that we need to pay more for reschedule my wife ticket under same PNR . Again
landed up to pay *** $ CAD for my wife and puts us into last min rush and depression for my family with toddler of * yrs
Kindly assist to get a refund(***+***) which I paid for Air India mistake / system fault
Total refund = $ **** CAD
