Hello Team,
There has been fraud done by OLA cab driver on July **, ****, I tried connecting with them several times but no response. Without even showing driver entered the km and I couldn't do anything about it( as I was loading and unloading the luggage inside/outside the car). At the time of starting the ride, I asked for the additional taxes but he kept on pushing for later. Also, his cab is full of a CNG cylinder smell which has created a headache.
A trip from Delhi Airport(Terminal *) to Saket, Meerut - ******) is *** km but he closed the ride with *** km.
Furthermore, he was speaking over the phone during the ride for state tax, he was doing forgery by arranging fake pdfs for state tax.
Since OLA was tracking each km of it, they can do the math from their end.
He was asking for **** total with illogical reasoning. Also, he was pushing for payment through cash which I had no issue but later on, i self-realized that he is a bad driver with no ethics.
In conclusion, OLA agreed to refund Rs. **** and never responded after that. I'm still trying for it. It has been a mental trauma as this has been * months since its getting dragged. I have incurred more money than the refund as they always keep me on hold over the calls and every call has a timespan of ** mins(avg.).
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
