I am VK MEENA, had availed housing loan from LICHFL with loan no ************. Last month I transferred my loan to Bajaj finance and entire outstanding amount of loan with lichfl is cleared on **th October, ****. They have given appointment on November **, **** to collect my documents. However, they emailed me on November **, **** stating that they need * to * days time return the documents,
It's almost more ** days passed but I haven't received any update from them. I have sent numerous emails and called them multiple times but they are not responding.
Bajaj finance ( My new loan vendor) has blocked payment of my top up loan because of this LICHFL non delivery of my original documents. I am in huge financial blockage now because of this delayed service of LICHFL.
Kindly help me in getting my documents immediately
