Lichfl - Home Loan documents not released

We have closed our loan on **-Jun-**** and have been requesting them to release our documents. It has been * months now and they are not responding or even hearing to us. BO.Delhi also requested our branch Kaushambi but the staff is very rude and they are not ready to hear anything and seems like you are pushing your head against wall. We are done with their harrassment and now looking for forum to raise complaint.
