Orient Electric - Orient aeroquiet faulty product & poor Service

I had purchased Orient aeroquiet from orient electric store at Malviya Nagar, New Delhi store.
The fan is producing some weird sound, the sound gets unbearable after using the fan regularly for * hrs.
* No Silent air delivery as shown in the TV Adv.
* Fan RPM is very low even at full speed
* Fan Shakes while running
I had registered an complaing about the above said issues, but no solution provided by the orient electric.
The executive visited my location for was very unprofessional he observed and admitted all the issues at last he said this fan is like that only i cant do anything on this.
I believe this is the high price product in this segment.
I need refund of my product cost with an apology letter from orient electric.
