Orient Electric - Orient 47 mm blades break and sound in motor after one month

Respected sir My name is Amarjeet Singh i am from Village and post-Dumeria Thana Sahatwar District Ballia pin ****** Uttar Pradesh .
I purchased a fan of orient electric ** mm on **/**/****, after one month on **/**/****,the blades were breaked and with that pressure fan Cage also breaked and having too loud sound from motor . I complaint on **/**/**** to orient electric toll free no *********** on **/**/**** a near by technician attended by this no **********.He said that he resolve the problem after one week .I,ll wait and call to orient toll free no then customer care says your complaint is failed he says I complaint your problem and next day technician call you I complaint several times sir but no problem resolving yet
