Snitch - Orders not delivery everytime

I am being scammed and the customer support only types auto generated message and dont read my chat . My order worth ***** approx are saying delivery failed but no one tried to deliver this happened to one of my other orders and i complained multiple times and never got it at the end out of frustration i just cancelled it and still have not gotten the refund . Then i thought the problem could be related to that one product so i just ordered others which i wanted but same problem occurred so i went to customer support again and they keep doing nothing and end the conversation. I just want my order how hard is that . Myntra is so much better , how can any app or service can be this bad in **** how is this even possible i just want my orders and i have to order more now what should i do i can trust this again what if i keep ordering and this keeps happening and COD option is never available
