Snitch - Payment not processing

I’ve just received a call from your customer care team namely Simi Gupta and Priya Gupta stating that there is an issue with my delivery pin code and one shirt will not be delivered. They’ve asked me to make a payment of that shirt to processs the payment stating that the amount will get refunded. I’ve not got my refund yet
