I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and seek immediate resolution regarding the pending refund for two shirts that I returned due to quality issues.
On April **, ****, I placed an order for six shirts from your website. Unfortunately, upon receiving the order, I found that four of the shirts had quality issues and decided to return them. The pickup agent, who can be reached at +************, collected all four shirts on [specific date]. I was promptly refunded for two of the shirts, but the refund for the remaining two shirts is still pending.
When the pickup agent collected all four shirts, I immediately called Snith customer support to inform them about the situation. I was assured that there would be no issues and that the refunds would be processed without any problems. The representative informed me that they would coordinate with the pickup agent to ensure that the refunds were processed correctly.
I had initially contacted your customer support regarding this issue, and I was informed that it would take ** hours for the refund to be processed. However, it has been over two weeks since the return, and I have still not received the refund for the two shirts. I have called your customer support multiple times, and each time I am told that nothing can be done, which is highly disappointing.
Additionally, I received a call from an ecard representative who confirmed that all four shirts had been received and that the return would be processed as soon as they received the code. Despite this assurance, no action has been taken.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation and the lack of resolution. I had high expectations from Snith, especially considering my previous positive experiences. However, this incident has significantly impacted my trust in your brand.
I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and ensure that the refund for the two shirts is processed immediately. I would appreciate a detailed explanation regarding the delay and the steps you are taking to resolve this issue.
