Incident * : Today (August **th ) was the *st flash sale of Nokia *.* plus and I ordered it successfully at ** noon but after a minute the order was cancelled saying out of stock.now they take ** days to refund the amount. How can they cancel the order after ordering successfully? It is totally unacceptable.
Incident * : same day, in the evening I ordered Honor *n phone from them and paid and ordered successfully. Again within * minutes it was cancelled. Another *k is stuck under refund process. I called the customer care and asked for the reason , and the reason given was "bulk quantities ordered" whereas I just ordered one unit, when asked about the same, they took a complaint and said we will call you back.
I am pretty sure they are going to come saying , "sorry sir there was a mistake, we will refund your amount"
This refund will take ** days to credit back in my account. And what if I am in urgent need of money . Worst service by Flipkart.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
