Ajio - Ordered watch not received

I ordered a Casio AE**** watch from AJIO on *th September **** and received the package on **th September. When I opened it, the watch was missing — only the case, booklet, and sponge were inside. The package itself looked tampered, as it was glued instead of being properly sealed, and the bubble wrap was torn.

I immediately raised a complaint with AJIO and shared photos as proof. However, my complaint kept getting closed without proper investigation. First, they claimed it was resolved automatically. Later, they said they had a delivery video showing no issue, but this does not prove that the watch was actually inside. Despite repeatedly explaining this, my complaint was again declined on **th September citing “lack of proof.”

I had already provided all evidence on **th and **th September, yet AJIO refused to help further. I even sent three emails to AJIO CEO Vineeth Nair and one to Vineeth Nair, Mukesh Ambani, and other Reliance officials, but received no reply.

Because of this, I have suffered financial loss and mental stress, as I had prepaid for the product. I trusted AJIO as a reputed Reliance company, but the way my issue was handled was extremely disappointing. I kindly request Voxya to intervene and help me get either a refund or the watch.
