Flipkart - Ordered on 23rd Oct 2018 but still product is not dispatched

Respected Sir

I have ordered Arrow Shirt and Peter England Trouser on **rd October **** on Flipkart.
Order No. - OD******************
The expected delivery date was **th Oct ****. After that they have changed **th Oct to *st Nov ****. then *rd Nov ****. Then *th Nov ****. Then *th Nov ****. Now it is **th Nov ****.

They have also confirmed me that the resolution will be given to you on *rd Nov **** after that *th Nov **** , after that *th Nov ****. after that *th Nov ****, *th Nov ****. still I havenot get any resolution nor product is dispatched yet.

I have purchased that for Diwali festival. But cannot use them during Diwali cause of Flipkart's carelessness.

I have submitted query related to this through call, Chat and mail also from last ** days I am doing this. But still not got product or even dont get satisfactory answer.

on **th Nov **** I received the call from Flipkart that I have to Cancel the order and re- order the item . Now its prize is increased about Rs. ***-*** on each items.I have told them My order was confirmed. And product is also available. So why should I cancel the order and Make loss arond Rs. ***-***.Then he told if you are not going to cancel the order then we ll cancel it.
Its really bad behaviour of your representative.
I have suffered a lot during this ** days..And now I have to make loss of Rs. ***-*** because of some issue.
